This winding machine is cylindrical cell manufacturing equipment capable of 24-hour operation. It unwinds and corrects the deviation of cathode and anode sheets, followed by ultrasonic welding, taping, and CCD surface defect detection. After loading the electrodes, they are wound with the separator to form cylindrical cells. Subsequent processes include cutting, terminal tape application, heat punching, diameter measurement, CCD inspection, and short-circuit testing. Finally, cells are transferred to the ATC system for automatic tray loading.
