The Super-S series coating machine is a derivative and variant of the Super-E prototype, integrating core standardized units such as the Super-E A-side coating machine, unwinding&rewinding units, oven, and traction unit, inheriting the Super-E’s exceptional thermal efficiency and energy-saving performance. It also adopts a newly designed integrated fold-back oven, enabling fold-back coating without blowing, simplifying equipment layout, reducing initial purchase costs, and further enhancing operational stability and overall cost-effectiveness.

As a flexible coating solution, the Super-S series coating machine can be deeply tailored to match different customers’production space constraints, specific process routes, risk control preferences, and long-term operating cost requirements, offering targeted customized solutions through a series of products.
